Q: What if I need revisions?

A: We send frequent progress updates and remain in full communication. While we try to get it right the first try, if you are unsatisfied with the project at any stage, we are happy to make revisions as stated in the details and pricing section of our website.

Q: Can I make modifications to the pre-made pack options?

A: Yes, we are open to adapt the package option. However keep in mind that the pricing will be modified accordingly, and instead of purchasing through our shop, you will operate by invoicing.

Q: Can the price be negotiated if I by several packages for example a product range? 

A: Yes, send us an email at contact@himmel.studio.com and tell us the specifics and we can negotiate a fair price.
